Our classes are designed to teach authentic recipes from Oaxaca and Mexico using traditional ingredients. Classes can be taught in either English or Spanish

$85 USD per person

We can accommodate some traditional menus to different specifications: Special diet, vegetarians, religious restrictions.*

Market Tour

The day starts just before 10 am, we take a short walk to the local market where you will learn about the ingredients that will be used that day.


The class lasts approximately 4-5 hours and includes several menu items that explore the complex flavors of the Oaxacan cuisine


The Class ends with participants enjoying the dishes they have made in a multi-course meal seated a set table with starched napkins.

We offer private classes for one person,  couples or for large groups.
